Every Coach Bag Line: Compared Line by Line

Coach opened its workshop in 1941 producing men’s small leather goods, and women’s handbags followed later before becoming the heart of the brand. These days, coach handbags stretch from structured shoulder bags and soft hobos to satchels, carryalls, crossbodies and reissued archive designs. Every main line is taken in turn in this guide, with notes on what the bag is, when it arrived and how it is made. Some popular lines have no reliable launch year on record, so dates appear only where they are documented.

All prices are observed market prices from 2026 rather than entries on an official price list, and they vary with size, material and promotions. If you are choosing your first coach bag, it is useful to remember that similar names can belong to wholly different designs. Certain shoppers type “couch bag” when running a search for a Coach bag, which can draw listings for furniture into the results because the first word also means a sofa.

The Tabby Line

Designed as a structured shoulder bag with detachable straps and Signature “C” hardware, the Tabby works just as well crossbody. The designer Stuart Vevers unveiled it in 2019, and its outline comes from Coach’s 1970s archive. Its launch campaign, “Dream coach clearance It Real”, was reportedly created by photographer Juergen Teller. Retail listings have featured sizes 20, 26 and 36, while the base product name is Tabby Shoulder Bag.

Next, in 2021, the puffy Pillow Tabby followed, offered under names such as Tabby Shoulder Bag 26 With Pillow Quilting. The Tabby 26 was observed selling at $475 in the US and £475 in the UK, while quilted and special-edition versions carried higher prices. Buyers who want one bag for both day and evening will find it suits them, because it moves easily between shoulder and crossbody wear.

The Brooklyn Line

The Brooklyn is a soft, slouchy coach shoulder bag in natural-grain leather, more akin to a hobo than to the structured Tabby. It first appeared on the Fall 2024 runway and went on sale in August 2024. The Brooklyn 28 and the roomier Brooklyn 39 stand out as the two main sizes that have been reported. Billed as roomy enough for a 15-inch laptop, the 39 is a practical choice for work.

For the Spring 2026 season, a newer Brooklyn Carryall shape was reported, though it is not the same bag as the shoulder styles. The Brooklyn 28 was observed at £350 at John Lewis in the UK. The Brooklyn was among the bags cited as The RealReal’s 2025 resale report said searches for Coach had risen 160%. This number, though, counts searches rather than resale prices.

The Rogue

The Rogue is Coach’s structured satchel, made with top handles and a shoulder strap. Having debuted on the Fall 2016 runway, it was eventually discontinued before coming back in a 2021 relaunch. At the very top of Coach’s leather range, the line offers versions in regenerative leather and exotic skins. Observed selling for $8,000, a Rogue 25 in alligator set the highest Coach bag price observed in 2026.

Coach also offers a Made-to-Order Rogue, which has reportedly taken roughly 12 weeks, or about 16 weeks with exotic materials. Through Coach (Re)Loved, the brand’s own resale and repair program, restored Rogue bags have also appeared. For a lot of collectors, the Rogue illustrates how far upmarket Coach craftsmanship can go.

Empire Carryall

The Empire Carryall is a stretched-out, east-west top-handle bag sold as the Empire Carryall Bag 34. It was presented on Coach’s Fall 2024 runway and launched in February 2025. As the fashion press reported, it sold out on the day it was released. Less structured variants called Soft Empire, including a Soft Empire 40, are distinct styles from the structured Carryall 34.

On Coach’s own site for the UK, the Empire Carryall 34 was observed at £475. With its long top-handle shape, it serves as a more polished alternative to a coach tote bag for day-to-day use. While comparing listings, check the number that follows the name: 34 and 40 refer to different bags.

The Kisslock Names: Frame, Dreamer and Barrel

Kisslock is the name of a frame clasp inspired by vintage coin purses, a motif Coach associates with the Bonnie Cashin era. The term is shared by various different bags, and these should not be muddled. Observed at $350, the Kisslock Frame Bag in glovetanned leather is reported to have been the opening look of the Fall 2026 show. The family may be older than that show, as earlier Kisslock Frame versions turn up in listings as well.

These days, the Kisslock Dreamer 21 turns up chiefly as restored or upcrafted pieces through Coach (Re)Loved; it is an older style featuring quilted nappa leather and rivets. The Kisslock Barrel Bag is a Spring 2026 Coach Originals reissue modeled on a 1973 design. The name found yet another use when a Kisslock Backpack was also shown for Fall 2026.

Swinger and Swing Zip: Inside The Coach Originals

Made up of newly made reissues of archive designs, The Coach Originals offers bags that are new rather than vintage. The Swinger is a short-strap, zip-top shoulder bag featuring a turnlock, and Coach dates the original design to 1987. Also sold With Chain and in Signature canvas or jacquard, the Swinger Bag 20 is today’s version. Do not treat the two names as one: the Swing Zip is a separate Coach Originals bag, drawn from a 1998 design.

Other Originals reported in early 2025 included the Safari Bag from 1968, the Dinky from 1974 and the Hamptons Hobo from 2005. The Coach Originals name was reportedly already in use by 2020. The line brings buyers an archive look without the wear of a properly vintage piece.

Soho Explained: Bag 25, Flap and Sneaker

Soho is one of the most confusing names in the Coach catalog because it covers three different products. The original Soho Flap goes back to 2006. The Soho Bag 25 is not that 2006 bag but a newer, smaller reissue made in materials such as glovetanned leather, patent leather and crystal jacquard. Soho styles sit within The Coach Originals, and a Soho Flap Bag in regenerative leather has also been listed.

On the other hand, the Soho Sneaker is footwear that Coach has featured in 2025 and 2026, which places it with shoes and coach clothing rather than handbags. To distinguish the bags from the shoe, add “Bag 25” or “Flap” to a search. No reliable current price for the Soho bags was captured, so consult Coach’s own website before buying.

The Willow, Cassie and Juliet Lines

These three lines are recognizable, but none has a documented launch year, so treat any date you see online with caution. Made in pebble leather, the Willow family has included the Willow Tote 24, a Willow Bucket and a Willow Shoulder bag. Coach’s own website has also featured a Custom Willow Tote, and the Willow Tote 24 is a straightforward example of a coach tote bag. Offering a Signature turnlock and interchangeable straps, the Cassie Crossbody Bag 19 is one example of Cassie, a crossbody and top-handle design.

Using newer style codes, Cassie styles remain listed on Coach’s own website. Available in versions such as the Juliet Shoulder Bag 25 and the Pocket Juliet Bag 30, Juliet is a relaxed shoulder bag in glovetanned leather. Availability changes from season to season, so check that a given Willow, Cassie or Juliet style is still current before acting on an older review.

Observed Prices: Each Line at a Glance

The table below groups the main lines next to their shape, key date and an observed 2026 price where one was reliably captured. Rather than entries on an official Coach price list, these are observed market prices, and they change with size, material, color and promotions. Sales tax is left out of US prices, whereas VAT is part of UK prices. In sale periods, full-price styles can be marked down; a coach outlet, meanwhile, runs its own promotions on outlet styles.

Coach Outlet is Coach’s own official channel, sold through outlet stores and an official online outlet section on Coach’s own website. Coach’s head of investor relations, quoted in 2014, said that roughly 85% of outlet merchandise was made specifically for the outlet channel. Treat that figure as dated; Tapestry has also since discussed bringing some full-price collection product into outlets. Current-season lines can be found at a full-price coach store or on Coach’s own website.
